1 box yellow cake mix
¾ cup peanut flour
¾ cup chopped peanuts
1 stick melted margarine
½ cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Mix all ingredients, except for blueberries in a large bowl.
Spread in a greased 13x9 cake pan.
Sprinkle blueberries, press lightly over top by hand
Place in preheated (350 degree) oven for 30 minutes.
